Earn College Credit for
High School Courses at Hodges U
Hodges University is devoted to Southwest Florida and to enabling everyone to experience a dynamic future full of promise. Part of our commitment to the community includes helping high school students in Collier County and Lee County transfer credits from their high school courses to our degree programs and pathways.
We have developed agreements with the Collier County Public Schools and The School District of Lee County that specifies which AP courses can easily be transferred to the university. This will allow those of you who won’t be leaving Southwest Florida to plan your future education with Hodges U after you receive your high school diploma. Unlike other local colleges and universities, when you choose Hodges U you’ll receive a comprehensive education that fits your life and offers tremendous flexibility.
We offer our valuable local students the versatility to enhance their education while working and living at home through our superior focus on working adults. Plus, our programs are often easier for high school graduates because we focus on one class per month. This allows you direct focus on your education while achieving the balance you need for an extraordinary future.

The Enrollment Details
We accept credit recognitions established by the College Level Examination Program (CLEP), Advanced Placement (AP), International Baccalaureate (IB) and DANTES subject testing. Official scores must be received by the university for evaluation.
When you’re ready to enroll, we’ll need your official high school final transcripts, test scores, and potential college or dual enrollment credits for a final determination of what credits and transfer courses will apply to your degree pathway.
