Get Training For An In-Demand Career In Dental Assisting!

Apply Today! The Hodges Connect Foundations of Dental Assistant Program will provide the foundation needed to get started in the high-demand field of Dental Assisting! According to Career Onestop, Dental Assisting is anticipated to grow 23% by 2026 in Florida.

Program Overview

This program is designed to acquaint a newcoming team member with their role and responsibilities in caring for dental patients. Because the dental assistant is most often the first person a patient encounters, the assistant has an important role in building patient confidence, trust, and creating a professional environment for patients.

Program Benefits

Participants will learn the basic procedures performed in dental offices. As a valued team member, participants will be ready to perform many of the responsibilities in infection control, maintaining patient privacy, performing basic assisting responsibilities, and office management. Participants will have received basic OSHA and HIPAA training as well as receiving CPR/AED certification.

Cost: $1199 (textbook, CPR, and equipment included)

The program is 6 weeks long on Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM on our campus.

Cohort Dates:

  •  July 24, 2021 – August 28, 2021
  • October 23, 2021 – December 4, 2021 (skip Thanksgiving week)
